Kayla is amazing! She made me feel super comfortable for a first time brow lamination and tint. She is super knowledgeable and gave me options to think through and then paused during the service to ensure it was what I wanted. The salon gave such chill vibes and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time there. Came with Classpass just to try it out but will be back for regular appointments!

I’d recommend this spa to everyone. Also I want to add… at my appointment a few days ago I asked Kayla how training was going with her new hire, and she was explaining some of the challenges that can come with training appointments. She gave me an example of a how one of previous model appointments had gone with one of the estheticians. The client believed her appointment had been changed to a model appointment, but Kayla explained that the original appointment had been canceled and then rebooked online as a model appointment. She was simply explaining the situation and why, due to the nature of the service, they were unable to safely perform it. She wasn’t talking about the client who wrote this review or speaking negatively about anyone. Kayla also explained that the model had consumed too much caffeine beforehand, making it difficult for her to keep her eyes closed. Because Korean lash lifts require such precise work around the eyes, it wasn’t safe to continue. Kayla said she spent over an hour really trying different techniques and teaching the trainee before deciding the safest option was to stop the service. From everything I personally witnessed, I truly believe this was a misunderstanding. I’ve been Kayla’s client for years, and she is one of the most caring people I know. I’ve never heard her speak poorly about anyone, especially not in front of another client. She has always treated people with kindness and professionalism, and that’s exactly what I saw during this appointment.

I originally found this place through my friend. She gets her lashes done by Kayla. My lash tech was Jaydee. She was awesome! It was my first time trying a Korean eyelash lift and tint, and I’m so glad I did. I love the results—my lashes look beautiful and natural. The experience itself was incredibly relaxing, and I really loved the energy of the space and the music—it made everything feel even more calming and enjoyable. Jaydee took the time to explain every step, which made me feel really taken care of. I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
