If you aren't happy with the service you received at Third Eye Beauty Lounge, we will make it right. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel more beautiful as they leave and have an uplifting experience throughout the entire appointment.
Should you not love your new eyelash extensions, permeant cosmetics or whatever reason, please contact us by phone or 480-702-0020  within  72 hours of your appointment. We will be more than happy to have a follow up appointment with you, free of charge, to resolve any issues.
Deposit, Cancellation & Late Policy
We understand life happens and things come up but..
- 50% deposit is required for all bookings starting in 2023, this deposit will be applied to your future appointment!
- If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellations fees!
- If you cancel within 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 4 hours, you will forfeit your deposit and be charge the remaining appointment value, as we rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice. If your 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results
Children & Pet Policy
We welcome all respectful and positive energy into our lounge whether it be an adult, child, or pet! However, we do ask that only properly trained pets and well behaved children tag along to appointments so we can protect the soothing environment we like to provide to our clients. We also ask that you let your technician know beforehand if you will have any people, or furry friends joining you during your appointment.
